This is My Custom Keyboard, I named it "YGTeeth55"
I used Gateron Low profile switches, Hot Swap Socket, SuperMini nrf52840, ZMK, Wireless.
If you try to make own custom keyboard, I recommend gateron switches.
Kailh choc V1 =
pros : many options
cons : can't use cross stem (MX keycap style)
Kailh choc V2 =
pros : cross stem
cons : can't get hot swap sockets. feels scratchy than gateron.
(if you're going to solder without socket, kailh full POM switch would be a good option.)
Edit - Kailh Choc Sockets seem support Choc V2
Kailh full POM =
pros : cross stem, good typing feels
cons : can't get hot swap sockets. a little bit expensive
Gateron Low Profile 2.0 =
pros : cross stem, many options, can get sockets from market, more stable keycaps on stem(my personal opinion)
cons : came out full POM switch, but only tactile
Kailh is not friendly to indivisual makers.
in my experience, if they notice you're a indivisual maker, stop replying.
and they don't sell sockets.
I wanted to make hot swap socket keyboard, so i choose gateron's.
one more thing,
specific column died 4 times, so I tried to figure it out.
short problem, battery problem....
my conclusion is not to update firmware without connected battery.
(no problems yet)
